Leaving Limo Anywhere?
Here is what moves, what stays behind, and what we ask of you. The move is free on every plan, and we do it with you.
What we move with you
- Customers, including every Limo Anywhere account type
- Corporate accounts and their contacts
- Upcoming trips, onto your dispatch board
- Drivers and vehicles
What stays behind
- Saved cards: Limo Anywhere does not export card data.
- Rates: We rebuild them with you in Nostera.
- Trip history and open balances: They stay in Limo Anywhere. Keep your export as your record.
What to export
- Customers: Export Customers, and choose "Include All Fields" and "Both" so inactive customers come too. Tick "Date Created" by hand; it stays unchecked even when you select all.
- Upcoming trips: The Reservation Manifest report, Excel-Inline output, with a date range that covers every future trip.
- Drivers and vehicles: A spreadsheet in any format.
How the move works
Send us your export. We set your account up with you, and you look it over before your go-live date.
Go-live day
Until your go-live date, keep running Limo Anywhere as usual. From that date every trip runs in Nostera, including the ones you booked in Limo Anywhere. Just before the day, send us one more export so trips booked since the first one come over too.
